    Stephen has played key roles in developing some of Australia's foremost digital businesses including Adobe, Downstream Marketing and eBay.

    As part of the original management team of eBay Australia, Stephen led the category management and internet marketing functions, assisting in building the largest e-commerce player in Australia.

    As CEO and founder of Downstream Marketing, Stephen was responsible for building Australia's largest digital performance media agency. Developing organisational strategy, leading the team and delivering to clients’ goals, Stephen oversaw the business from inception to the acquisition of the business by Efficient Frontier and Adobe.

    Most recently, as Head of Digital Marketing for Adobe ANZ, Stephen oversaw the successful integration of Downstream Marketing into the Adobe operations.

    Stephen has a Bachelors of Economics degree from Nottingham University and lives in Sydney with his wife and two daughters.

    C.O.O. & Co-founder

    An award winning digital specialist with over fifteen years experience providing digital transformation, disruption and optimisation work for industry pioneers such as Adobe, Sony and Skype.

    Before co-founding Accordant, Scott established conversion rate optimisation, on-site optimisation and personalisation practices for Adobe's Asia Pacific region.

    Prior to Adobe, Scott worked with some of the most trafficked web sites and brands such as Skype's Peer-to-Peer backend platform Kazaa, Sony’s Playstation division, Havas Digital’s range of premier advertising clientele, APACs premier online video provider, Viocorp and one of the regions first EDM communication platforms, Premiere Global Services.

    Scott is a specialist across Google and Adobe Marketing Cloud technology holding certifications in Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Media Optimizer and Business Analysis, Strategy and Google Analytics. Recently, Scott was one of the first people to attain a Digital Marketing Executive certification from the University of Technology, Sydney.

    Before joining Accordant Puneet drove success and provided specialist support across Adobe's Marketing Cloud solutions for many of Australia's, India's and Europe's premier companies as Adobe's Senior Business Consultant. In addition he leverages nine years of I.T. experience spanning digital marketing, analytics, website optimisation, data warehousing and business intelligence domains.

    Evan has a data science background with experience in applying innovative data analysis solutions, experienced in modeling customer behaviour, evaluation and effectively communicating technical knowledge to clients.

    Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Applied Statistics, Evans background in data science has helped develop predictive models for consumer satisfaction and care outcomes in the health sector.     Before joining Accordant Meredith ran marketing campaigns for PayPal in the U.S. then moved to Sydney to develop the Australian Rugby Unions Social Media programs.

    Meredith is passionate about creating great digital user experiences and utilises her extensive background in marketing communications, public relations, design and new media. Meredith also holds a degree in Public Relations and Psychology from Boston University which she leverages to create enhanced onsite communications and understanding user behaviour.

    Nikki is an experienced Market Research Analyst with a Psychology degree which she applies to optimising user experiences and digital performance.

    Nikki has developed strategic analysis based on large scale market research to better understand user behaviour for several of America's largest businesses. Complementing her analysis work Nikki utilises her Psychology and B.A. degree to improve conversion rates across paid and owned media.

Originally from Belgium where she worked for several retail businesses and Belgium's leading postal service company in the digital marketing space, from mobile marketing to web-to-store integration work Camille come with strong experience in the innovation space.

    Coming from Whybin/TBWA Maria has worked on digital and social media strategies for MasterCard, Chobani and David Jones to mention a few. She has furthermore previously worked as Strategy Planner for creative agency New Republique, and has a strong background in delivering online experiences that excel.

    Maria also holds Master of Arts (MA) in Communication Management from University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, where she spent most of her time before moving to Australia in 2013.

    Digital Planner

    Holly comes with a wealth of Digital Marketing experience and holds a Certificate in Digital Marketing, Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) with Distinction from UNSW, majoring in Physics and French.

    Working previously as an Advertising Coordinator for NewsCorp’s commuter newspaper mX, a Performance Improvement Consultant at Ernst & Young. Holly now plans customer journeys and is responsible for understanding consumer behaviour and developing digital experiences that engage and persuade individuals.

    With a Diploma of Software Development and years of development experience across a broad range of technologies and industries Ben is an experienced and multi-skilled developer.

    Having worked on varied front and back end development projects for several years and has studied many facets of web application development. In a previous life Ben was a highly skilled chef and uses his experience in this environment to multi-task, deliver under pressure and also cook up a mean team BBQ. Ben now focuses on developing highly personalised and targeted experiences and creating bespoke technical implementations.

    Coming from Adobe, Harshil is an Analytics specialist, most recently supporting many of Adobe's most complex Analytics implementations and is an Adobe Certified Expert - Reports and Analytics.

    Harshil is well versed in many digital marketing and analytics disciplines and technologies. He has been drawing business insights from data for many years and has supported some of the most complex Adobe Analytics implementations whilst at Adobe. Previously as a dedicated Business Analyst and Adobe Certified Expert. He also holds an MBA in IT Business Management, a B.E., Computer Science and is an Adobe Certified Expert.

    At Accordant Pat brings her seven years’ business management experience to bear, driving all internal finance and HR processes, in addition to a range of cross-functional process improvement programs.

    With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from UNSW, underpinned by studies in both Australia and Poland, Pat enjoys the benefit of an international perspective. With extensive experience in event management services, Pat is our resident logistics and process leader ensuring that we do what we said we will do, on time and as it should be done.

    Coming from an innovative video technology company, Angas has lead projects within the industry to develop targeted, personalized dynamic video content and related video technology.

    Leveraging the technology, Angas implemented personalization strategies to drive sales and assist key marketing objectives for a range of clientele working mostly with prospecting and sales conversion campaigns. Angas utilizes his Bachelor of Management (Marketing) from the University of South Australia to drive success as an Optimisation Analyst at Accordant.

    Before joining Accordant Eden worked at the University of Sydney and Apple.

    With a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Cultures and Socio-Legal Studies, Eden has a recognised expertise in new media trends and technical dynamics. His expertise in higher education and philanthropy, developed while at the University of Sydney, is further complemented by problem solving skills and management to improve workflows and solve iOS issues while working with Apple. At Accordant he leverages his experience to bend data to his will all while wearing the best socks in the office.

    Joining Accordant from Optus where he developed many innovative web sites and digital applicaitons, Chaminda is a development powerhouse.

    With more than thirteen years of experience in developing Web sites, Web applications, Mobile Applications and Rich internet applications including experinece in UX/UI Design and design principles, A/B Testing, UX design patterns, Information architecture, creating wireframe and prototype, branding, identity and print design.
