  • Steve Knowles

    C.E.O. & Co-founder

    Stephen has played key roles in developing some of Australia's foremost digital businesses including Adobe, Downstream Marketing and eBay.

    As part of the original management team of eBay Australia, Stephen led the category management and internet marketing functions, assisting in building the largest e-commerce player in Australia.

    As CEO and founder of Downstream Marketing, Stephen was responsible for building Australia's largest digital performance media agency. Developing organisational strategy, leading the team and delivering to clients’ goals, Stephen oversaw the business from inception to the acquisition of the business by Efficient Frontier and Adobe.

    Most recently, as Head of Digital Marketing for Adobe ANZ, Stephen oversaw the successful integration of Downstream Marketing into the Adobe operations.

    Stephen has a Bachelors of Economics degree from Nottingham University and lives in Sydney with his wife and two daughters.

  • Scott King

    C.O.O. & Co-founder

    An award winning digital specialist with over eighteen years experience providing digital transformation, disruption and optimisation work for industry pioneers such as Adobe, Sony and Skype.

    Before co-founding Accordant, Scott established conversion rate optimisation, on-site optimisation and personalisation practices for Adobe's Asia Pacific region.

    Prior to Adobe, Scott worked with some of the most trafficked web sites and brands such as Skype's Peer-to-Peer backend platform Kazaa, Sony’s Playstation division, Havas Digital’s range of premier advertising clientele, APACs premier online video provider, Viocorp and one of the regions first EDM communication platforms, Premiere Global Services.

    Scott is a specialist across Google and Adobe Marketing Cloud technology holding certifications in Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Analytics, Media Optimizer and Business Analysis, Strategy and Google Analytics. Recently, Scott was one of the first people to attain a Digital Marketing Executive certification from the University of Technology, Sydney.

    Huw has spent many years as a leading digital marketing professional, his expertise centers around digital advertising strategy, campaign planning and execution delivery across a range of digital media.

    As an Account Director at Adobe, Huw has been responsible for maximising media impact for Australia's premier companies. He now turn's his experience toward optimising onsite conversion funnels and maximising revenue impact.

  • Clea Baker

    Digital Accounts Director

    At Accordant, Clea leverages her years of specialisation across SEM, Display and Social channels and extensive experience in the Paid media space from her previous role as Digital Marketing Account Manager at Adobe.

    Clea holds a Masters in International Management (CEMS), Economics and Business (Distinction) and Bachelor of Arts Languages (Distinction) from the University of Sydney and has worked with many of Australasia's premiere companies across the Financial Services, Travel, Retail and Insurance industries.

  • Evan Rollins

    Data Insights Director

    Evan has a data science background with experience in applying innovative data analysis solutions, experienced in modeling customer behaviour, evaluation and effectively communicating technical knowledge to clients.

    Holding a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Applied Statistics, Evans background in data science has helped develop predictive models for consumer satisfaction and care outcomes in the health sector. He now applies advanced analytics, data modeling and business intelligence capabilities to a vast array of projects for Accordant clientele.

    Development Director

    Lawrence is a multi-skilled development engineer who has held positions at Optus, UltraData and range of specialist development agencies.

    Lawrence now specialises in turnings 1's and 0's into dynamic digital expereinces that boost engagement and revenue while also driving long-term business value through extensive A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation and behavioural targeting.

    Leading Cross-Channel Marketing and Marketing Automation for more than eight years.

    Prior to joining Accordant Nick was Adobe's Adobe Marketing Cloud Product Specialist for APAC. Nick has worked with industry leading technologies and service providers, providing end-end digital marketing solutions and services cross enterprise and mid-market clients.

  • Harshil Shah

    Solution Architecture Director

    Coming from Adobe, Harshil is an Analytics specialist, most recently supporting many of Adobe's most complex Analytics implementations and is an Adobe Certified Expert - Reports and Analytics.

    Harshil is well versed in many digital marketing and analytics disciplines and technologies. He has been drawing business insights from data for many years and has supported some of the most complex Adobe Analytics implementations whilst at Adobe. Previously as a dedicated Business Analyst and Adobe Certified Expert. He also holds an MBA in IT Business Management, a B.E., Computer Science and is an Adobe Certified Expert.

  • Daniel Poirrier

    Optimisation Director

    Daniel spent three years at Maxymiser’s London branch where he lead personalisation and cross-channel conversion optimisation for some of the U.K.’s most well respected brands.

    Daniel now specialises in optimisation strategy and campaign management across the Adobe Target platform at Accordant, leveraging customer data to dramatically boost engagement and revenue while also driving long-term business value through extensive A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation and behavioural targeting.
